Release and Nourish
Yoga and Wellness Retreat
Jan. 21-28, 2023
Lake Atitlan, Guatemala
By Ma’ayan and Shoshana
Join us on a yoga and wellness journey at the beautiful Lake Atitlan Guatemala, surrounded by volcanos and magical landscapes.
Travel with us on a journey of release and nourishment. Together we will connect and explore themes of being present with what is, letting go of layers that are no longer needed to prepare our body, mind, and spirit for the spring-time ahead. We will embody self-love and self-nourishment through the practice of yoga and mindfulness. In addition, we will connect with the earth through nutrition and permaculture teachings.
Join us on an exploration of your self and the beautiful and ancient cultures of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.

As a dancer, Ma’ayan started practicing yoga as a supplemental movement practice. With time yoga became more than that. It became a meditative practice, a space for self-connection and a place to return to for exploration and healing. Inspired by love for movement as a whole, Ma’ayan’s yoga classes are infused with elements of dance, functional movement, and of course the tradition of yoga. In her classes, she explores breath techniques, mindfulness practice and meditation to enhance the experience of union to ourselves.
Ma’ayan is also a nutritionist and certified strength and mobility coach.
